MANTRA, Ecuador (Jan. 05, 2011) Sailors assigned to Detail Bravo of Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 28, and a Marine assigned to 2nd Marine Logistics Group lay the foundation for a stair case at Escuela Eloy Alfaro School. Sailors, U.S. Marines and Ecuadorian marines are partnered at the school for a week-long subject matter expert exchange in support of Southern Partnership Station 2011, an annual deployment of U.S. ships to the U.S. Southern Command area of responsibility in the Caribbean and Latin America.
