Soldiers on horses ride down the city street. Men walking down the street, some already wearing Russian Army uniform, others wearing civilian clothes - they appear to be new recruits to the army. Women and children walk alongside them. All the people are high spirits, one man clowns about for camera, behaving as if drunk.



War rally in a big square, pan on some of the crowd. Wider shot of square, people hold signs, flags, and pictures of the Tzar. Several low angled LS of Tzar Nicholas II on a balcony, Tsarina joins him (these shots are from a long distance away).
