Rushing aid to Albanians: Trusty bullock carts are the sole means of "rushing" aid to pestilence spots in the Albanian mountains, A.R.C. workers have found. Scores of little villages are reached by roadways that no motor truck should negotiate. Slow, patient, and wonderfully strong, these huge water buffalo pull the entire load of a heavy cart by means of a yoke which throws all the weight on their necks.
