CONSTANTA, Romania (Mar. 10, 2014) Romanian Commander of Naval Operations Rear Adm. Alexandru Mirsu arrives aboard the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Truxtun (DDG 103). Truxtun is deployed as part of the George H. W. Bush Carrier Strike Group on a scheduled deployment supporting maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the U.S. 6th fleet area of responsibility.
