DJIBOUTI (Mar. 01, 2010) Religious Programs Specialist 2nd Class Norman R. Otters, from Oskaloosa, Iowa, hands out Croc shoes to students at the Guelleh Batal School in Djibouti. World Emergency Relief donated approximately 10,000 pairs of Croc shoes to the Camp Lemonnier base chapel, which distributed the shoes to local schools, refugee camps, churches, and Army Civil Affairs detachments.
