Jeff Cassias, Commander of Logistics Group Western Pacific, and Commander Task Force 712, conducts a pier side "all hands call" for the amphibious dock landing USS Harpers Ferry (LSD 49) personnel. Harpers Ferry and its embarked Marine Air Ground Task Force is one of four U.S. Navy ships taking part in the Singapore phase of Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT).
