Petty Officer 3rd Class Kamil Zdankowski, a crew member from Coast Guard Station Miami Beach, Fla., pulls Col. James Wood from Special Operations Command South out of the water during an open water parachute jump exercise Feb. 20, 2013, off the coast of Miami. The open water parachute jump is conducted every four months and is coordinated with several partner agencies including crew members from Customs and Border Protection, Miami-Dade Police Department, Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, and National Park Service law enforcement marine units.
