Petty Officer 3rd Class Jeremy Tenney, from Lexington, Md., a member of the Oliver Hazard Perry-class guided-missile frigate USS Taylor color guard, stands at attention alongside sailors from the Russian Armed Forces during a wreath laying ceremony at the Alyosha World War II Monument to honor fallen soldiers from World War II.
