BRUNEI (Jun. 19, 2013) Petty Officer 1st Class Scott I. Hampton sets up the solar power portion of a miniature deployable water purification system at a disaster site in Biang, Brunei Darussalam as part of the association of southeast Asian nations humanitarian assistance and disaster relief and military medicine exercise.
