Petty Officer 1st Class Rotimi Oke, electrician's mate, stationed aboard USS Robert G. Bradley, cleans a window sill during a community relations project at Light of Dawn Government Junior Secondary School Tomarow as part of Africa Partnership Station West while in Lagos. APS is an international security cooperation initiative, facilitated by Commander, U.S. Naval Forces Europe-Africa, aimed at strengthening global maritime partnerships through training and collaborative activities in order to improve maritime safety and security in Africa.
