Petition of Manuel de Liveira (Libeira) to erect a building on land acquired from Don Antonio Machado. After referring the petition to the Police Commission for a report, it was found that the land title was previously transferred to Mr. Williams. Permission to erect a building on the vacant lot between the houses of Señor Antonio Lopez and Don Luis Arenas was granted.; Original Spanish document: pages 152-153.
