SANTO DOMINGO, Dominican Republic, (Sep. 19, 2010) Personnel embarked aboard High Speed Vessel Swift (HSV 2) unload pallets of Project Handclasp aid to be donated to relief organizations. Swift is deployed supporting Southern Partnership Station 2010, a deployment of various specialty platforms to the U.S. Southern Command area of responsibility in the Caribbean and Central America. Southern Partnership Station is an information-sharing mission with navies, coast guards, and civilian services throughout the region.
