(Apr. 28, 2005) Operations Specialist 2nd Class Oliver Williams, center, assigned to Naval Recruiting District Miami, seats Courtney Perry and Armando Munoz into a F/A-18 Hornet aircraft simulator during Fleet Week USA. The machine show views from a pilot's position during simulating turns and dives. Fleet Week events allowed crews of six U.S. Navy ships, one U.S. Coast Guard ship, and one United Kingdom Royal Navy ship to take a break from underway duties and enjoy the hospitality of southern Florida businesses and citizens. In return, the 3,000 plus enhanced relationships with area residents through military demonstrations, community aid projects, and one-to-one interaction.
