KINGDOM OF BAHRAIN (Aug. 3, 2004)--Petty Officer 3d Class Matt Hare, machinery technician and boarding officer on the U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Adak, keeps a watchful eye on the crew members working on the cargo holds of a large cargo ship here.
