Photographer: J. Gordon Henderson ( http://digital.huroncounty.ca/about-the-collection/j-gordon-henderson ) ..Description: .Black and white image of class 103 of No. 12 Elementary Flight Training School. There are three rows of men in British Fleet Air Arm uniforms. The back and middle rows are standing and the front row is sitting on chairs on the ground outside on a runway covered with snow, the top of an airplane and barracks visible in the background. 'Flight No. 103' appears at the bottom of the pictures. The writing is in white and is difficult to make out on the snowy background. There are 5 black and white photographs with different resolutions (labelled a - e) and 2 negatives (labelled f & g).
