SEKONDI, Ghana (Mar. 15, 2010) Nigerian sailor Maji Isah Ocheje demonstrates proper knot-tying techniques during a basic small boat operation workshop aboard a rigid-hull inflatable boat to Coast Guard Chief Warrant Officer 3 Earl Schlemmer, an Africa Partnership Station (APS) West instructor, from Ellwood City, Pa.
