(Mar. 18, 2010) Navy Counselor 2nd Class Paul Lacey, assigned to Navy Recruiting District Miami, throws out the first pitch at a New York Yankees spring training game at Steinbrenner Field in Tampa, Fla. during Tampa Bay Navy Week. The U.S. Navy demonstration parachute team, the Leap Frogs, jumped onto the field and members of the U.S. Navy Band Southeast sang the national anthem during the opening ceremony of the game. Navy Weeks are designed to show Americans the investment they have made in their Navy and increase awareness in cities that do not have a significant Navy presence.
