DAKAR, Senegal (Apr. 08, 2010) Musician 2nd Class Justin Strauss, a member of the U.S. Naval Forces Europe Band, Five Star Brass Quintet, high-fives children following a performance at the Colin Powell Cultural Center. The band is embarked aboard the amphibious dock landing ship USS Gunston Hall (LSD 44) as part of Africa Partnership Station West. Africa Partnership Station is an international initiative developed by U.S. Naval Forces Europe and U.S. Naval Forces Africa to improve maritime safety and security on the African continent.
