Minority leader relishes spuds. Washington, D.C., Dec. 8. House Minority Leader Bertrand Snell of New York, seemed to relish the spuds from both states as he participated in potato eating contest today in the House Restaurant to determine which state grows the best potatoes - Idaho or Maine.
