Summary
Significance: One corner of the building suggests a streamline ocean liner with a round tower over an open bridge; the other corner hints at the superstructure of a streamline warship of the mid to late 1930s. With the exception of the curved corner window on the third floor, all of these visual suggestions exist as a roof-top stage set.
