Newly promoted U.S. Navy Sailors read the privileges and responsibilities that comes with their new rank during an advancement ceremony held onboard Nimitz Class Aircraft Carrier USS RONALD REAGAN (CVN 76) on Dec. 5, 2006. During the frocking ceremony more than 240 Sailors were advanced to the rank of 3rd, 2nd and 1ST Class PETTY Officers.
