Members of the 2nd Marine Division and Dependents come ashore from the Potomac River in an AAVP-7A1 amphibious assault vehicle which will be driven in a parade during the National Victory Celebration on June 8th. The day-long event will be held in honor of the liberation of Kuwait by coalition forces during Operation Desert Storm
