ARABIAN SEA (Aug. 12, 2010) Mass Communication Specialist 2nd Class Kilho Park, left, and Lt. John Moss fly in an EA-6B Prowler assigned to the Zappers of Electronic Attack Squadron (VAQ) 130 during an aerial change of command ceremony. Cmdr. Robert Coughlin relieved Cmdr. Jeffrey L. Hammer as commanding officer of VAQ-130. VAQ-130 is deployed as part of the Harry S. Truman Carrier Strike Group supporting maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of responsibility.
