Significance: The Mann House, located in Muncie, Indiana, is an example of Tudor Revival architecture in the early 1920's. It was one of the founding houses of Westwood Addition during a strong period of suburban growth in Muncie. Expansion of the neighboring campus of Ball State University since the construction of the house has led to a common border between the house and the university.
