Lynn Realty Company, Building No. 3, 696 Washington Street, Lynn, Essex County, MA

Significance: Of little individual historical significance, Lynn Realty Company Building #3 was built as an attached neighbor to Lynn Realty Company Buildings #2, and eight story factory. Completed prior to 1905, probably built in 1902, Building #3 displays many of the same characteristics of the company's eight story factories in plain red brick exterior with wide windows capped by colored brick arches. Secondary sources from the building's period of construction do not suggest the building's original use or the reasons why it should be so much smaller than any other Lynn Realty Company factories built between 1900 and 1910.
