Lt. Wesley Howard (left), officer in charge, Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 133 and Lt.j.g Ken Garcia (right), are interviewed by James Moli at the FM 98 radio station in Espiritu, Santo. Howard informed the local community about the various engineering civil action project sites going throughout the island during Pacific Partnership 2011. The engineering projects consist of three new schoolhouses that include first time full service bathrooms for the children. Pacific Partnership is a humanitarian assistance initiative, which promotes cooperation throughout the Pacific, which will visit five island nations this summer: Tonga, Vanuatu, Papua New Guinea, Timor-Leste, and the Federated States of Micronesia.
