NEW YORK (May. 29, 2010) Lt. j.g. George Dabney, assigned to the Office of Naval Research Science and Technology Reserve Component, assists patrons with the operation of Sea Pearch during Fleet Week New York City 2010. Sea Perch provides students with the opportunity to learn about robotics, engineering, science, and mathematics while building an underwater remotely operated vehicle as part of a science and engineering curriculum.
