Betty Chang, from Portland, Or., assigned to the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Mustin (DDG 89), works with sailors aboard the Royal Cambodian Navy Stenka-class patrol fast-attack craft 1131 during a bilateral gunnery exercise during Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) Cambodia 2014. In its 20th year, CARAT is an annual, bilateral exercise series with the U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps and the armed forces of nine partner nations including, Bangladesh, Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Republic of Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Timor-Leste.
