Keith Golden, assigned to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration research vessel Oscar Elton Sette, instructs a child how to hold a hose during Operation "Hele On" during a tour of the vessel on Ford Island. Operation "Hele On" is a Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam Warfighter and Family Services initiative where military children have a chance to better understand what many of their active duty parents face by becoming a military member for a day.
