GULF OF OMAN (Dec. 25, 2015) Lt. Cmdr. J. Slager, assigned to the "Fist of the Fleet" of Strike Fighter Squadron (VFA) 25, pilots an F/A-18E Super Hornet over the Gulf of Oman as he flies near the aircraft carrier USS Harry S. Truman (CVN 75). The Harry S. Truman Carrier Strike Group is deployed in support of maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of responsibility.
