BUSAN, Republic of Korea (Jul. 20, 2017) Lt. Brian S. Chaplow, U.S. 7th Fleet Band conductor and Republic of Korea (ROK) Navy Lt. Jong, Seok Lim, the ROK Fleet conductor, salute after a combined ROK-U.S. band performance for a combined ROK-U.S. anniversary celebration. The performance was held to celebrate Commander, Naval Forces Korea's (CNFK) 60th anniversary and ROK Fleet's 65th anniversary. CNFK is the U.S. Navy's representative in the ROK, providing leadership and expertise in naval matters to improve institutional and operational effectiveness between the two navies and to strengthen collective security efforts in Korea and the region.
