The groom is wearing an air force uniform with Corporal Chevrons on his sleeve and the two men standing to his right are wearing suits and ties with boutonnieres. The bride is wearing a floor-length light coloured dress with long sleeves. She is wearing a veil, glasses, and a double stranded necklace. She is holding a bouquet of flowers. The two women standing to her left are also wearing light coloured floor-length dresses with sweet heart necklines and holding smaller bouquets. There are trees and a fence in the background of the picture. The negative (labelled a) was accompanied by one black and white print (labelled b) and one proof (labelled c). The negative, print and proof were kept in a brown envelope with '1113 Miss Lavis Deposit 10.00 Sepia? Write Mrs Lavis 35 Raglan Ave Toronto Best one of Bride 8 more B & G' written on it in pencil.
