Persian Gulf (Dec. 24, 2004) Landing Signal Officers (LSO) grade the arrested landing of an F/A-18 Hornet during flight operations aboard the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Harry S. Truman (CVN 75). Carrier Air Wing Three (CVW-3) embarked aboard Truman is providing close air support and conducting intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance missions over Iraq.
