Joyce Estate, Utility Building No. 2, Chippewa National Forest Road 2144, 3 miles north of County Road 335, Grand Rapids, Itasca County, MN
Summary
Significance: Although the date and original function of this building are note known, its wood-frame construction and drop siding are similar to that of the Moore Island Cabin, which seems to have been built in the mid-1920s. Utility Building No. 2 probably dates from the same period. ... This simple, gable-front structure has drop siding painted green, with trim painted white.
