Joint Dispensary of the ARC and the Rockefeller Commission Rue Des Mignottes, 19th arrondisement, Paris. The 19th is one of the poorest districts in Paris and has the second highest death rate from tuberculosis. Much of the most important work in this district is being done by American women doctors. The doctor who has charge of this dispensary is shown in the uniform following the crowd into the doorway
