Federico Panconi, front right, from Rome, lead a fisheries seminar with Ghanaian, Nigerian, and Benin navy students aboard the amphibious dock landing ship USS Gunston Hall (LSD 44). Gunston Hall is deployed as part of Africa Partnership Station West, an international initiative developed by Naval Forces Europe and Naval Forces Africa, which aims to work cooperatively with U.S. and international Partners to improve maritime safety and security on the African continent.
