Ozuki Salon is a Japanese salon in Washington D.C. The interview was conducted as a group interview with the Ozuki's owners and staff, and then short individual interviews were recorded afterwards. Ozuki offers specialized Japanese services, such as kimono dressing and a green tea service with a Japanese cookie. We discussed the different textures within Japanese hair and advantages of marketing to an Asian clientele.
