description

Summary

Significance: The base Photographic Laboratory, also referred to as the PMT lab, was used as a training facility as well as the developing and printing facility for all official photo documentation made on and off the base. It is an example of the application of an important architectural trend (Spanish Colonial Revival) adapted to reflect California's Mission heritage in a departure from traditional military architecture.
