PACIFIC OCEAN (Nov. 06, 2014) Gunner's Mate Seaman Antwon Thompson, from Lorton, Va. fires a shot line from a modified M-14 rifle from the Arleigh Burke-class guided missile destroyer USS Stethem (DDG 63) to the Military Sealift Command fleet replenishment oiler USNS John Ericsson (T-AO 194). Stethem is on patrol with the George Washington Carrier Strike Group supporting security and stability in the Indo-Asia-Pacific region.
