Atlantic Ocean (Oct. 13, 2004) German Navy Sailors assigned to the German Navy frigate FGS Niedersachsen (F 208), conduct fast rope exercises from a MH-60S Seahawk during flight operations aboard the amphibious assault ship USS Saipan (LHA 2). Two German teams of six Sailors completed four cycles of rappelling exercises onto Saipan's flight deck before returning to their own ship.
