Summary
Significance: Built for Frank B. Kellogg, while he was an attorney with Davis, Kellogg & Severance; later he served as U.S. senator, Secretary of State under Calvin Coolidge, co-sponsor of the Kellogg-Briand Pact for which he received the 1930 Nobel Peach Prize. Kellogg died in the house in 1937.
