(Jul. 31, 2009) Former first lady and ship's sponsor Laura Bush pins the submarine warfare device, or "Dolphins" on the uniform of Machinists Mate 3rd Class Christopher Bragg during a tour of the Virginia-class attack submarine USS Texas (SSN 775). Bush was a participant in the Texas change of command later that day where Cmdr. Robert Ronscka relieved Cmdr. James Gray as commanding officer.
