Folger Park, Washington, District of Columbia, DC
Summary
Significance: First designated as an open space no Ellicott's plan, Folger Park has been used as a park since it was first landscaped in 1882-84. Its current design represents the park restoration program initiated by the Public Works Administration in 1933. Currently the park is located within the National Register's Capitol Hill Historic District.
