Flooding - Moravia, Iowa, July 22, 2010 -- Dennis Phillips (foreground) takes a break after many hours of sandbagging in hopes of saving his Rathbun Marina near Moravia, Iowa. Boater Marian Holmes awaits another sandbag from Mary Wells and her children Matt and Jackie. FEMA is working with the Iowa Homeland Security and Emergency Management Division (HSEMD) to gather disaster estimates to send to the Governor's office.
