MEDITERRANEAN SEA (Jan. 05, 2014) Engineman 2nd Class Cherrilyn Alonzo steps into a rigid-hull inflatable boat from the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Stout (DDG 55) in preparation for a personnel transfer with the Military Sealift Command fleet replenishment oiler USNS Leroy Grumman (T-AO 195). Stout, homeported in Norfolk, is on a scheduled deployment supporting maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the U.S. 6th Fleet area of responsibility.
