The Egmond Gospels, also known as the "Evangeliarium van Egmond," is an illuminated manuscript from the 10th century that was created in the Benedictine abbey of Egmond in the Netherlands. The Egmond Gospels contains the four Gospels of the New Testament and is a unique example of Carolingian illumination developed in the Carolingian Empire during the 8th and 9th centuries.
