Summary

Significance: The overcrossing is significant as a virtually intact example of the work of engineer Conde B. McCullough. McCullough served as the State Bride Engineer, and later as the Assistant State Highway Engineer for Oregon from 1919 until his death in 1946. The crossing represents one of the best surviving example of a McCullough-designed slab, beam, and girder bridge.
