每紙前有朱印長方戳記，題："督撫憲轅報"。正文先標年月日期，後載廣東督撫公文，地方新聞等内容。時間均在道光二十四年（1844）正月和二月，具體如下: 正月20、21、27日。二月1-9日，11、14、16、20？（此拾字上一字模糊不清）、23、24、25、26、29日，其中二月11、23、25、26日各有兩份.
