Dropped from the Federal pay roll on July 1 because he did not hold a law degree, Henry Suydam, former newspapermen acting as press liaison officer for Attorney General Cummings, is now on the job again but with a new title. He now rates the title of "Special Executive Assistant to the Attorney General assigned to public relations"
