Cultural Traditions of Ironworkers in America's Upper Midwest: supplementary materials, 2012-06-26

description

Summary

This supplementary material folder contains 33 fieldwork photographs taken by Clark Douglas Halker documenting display and exhibit materials at the 2011 Iron Workers Union National Convention in Chicago. It also contains a photo log. NB: There is no sound file.
All photographs for this project were taken with a Nikon D-5100 digital camera shooting raw images. Throughout the collection, there are also photographs and scans of old photographs provided by the iron workers being interviewed. For that reason, not all the photographs are of the highest quality.
Photographs taken by Bucky Halker in 2011 at Iron Workers Union (IWU) Local #63 Headquarters in Broadview, Illinois and at the IWU National Convention at the Sheraton Hotel on the Chicago River.
